REMEMBR ("we", "us") builds an AI-powered wardrobe and personal styling app. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name and email, provided when you sign in.
• Wardrobe photos & items — photos you scan and the clothing details we extract, so we can build your digital wardrobe and generate outfits. Our AI analyzes only the clothing and accessories in these photos.
• Style preferences — vibes, fit, sizes and similar inputs you give during onboarding.
• Usage data — basic, non-identifying information about how the app is used, to keep it reliable.

What we do NOT do

• We do not collect, detect, analyze, or store face data, facial-recognition data, or any other biometric data. Our AI analyzes only the clothing and accessories in the photos you scan. If a photo you upload happens to include a person, we make no attempt to identify them or to extract any facial or biometric features — only the clothing is processed.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your photos to train third-party models.

How we use your information

To provide and improve the app: extracting clothing details, generating outfit recommendations, powering the Remi styling assistant, and managing your subscription.

Third-party services

We use trusted providers for authentication, AI processing, and subscription management (including Apple and Google for in-app purchases). These providers process data only to deliver their part of the service.

Data retention & deletion

We keep your wardrobe and account data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.

Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent, subject to applicable law. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children

REMEMBR is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; we will revise the "Last updated" date above when we do.
